    This stuff is great I have had this for days now and it is amazing I am a mom of boys, yr and month old twins Very sleep deprived and this has helped me so much The smell is a little weird but I can handle that to have my energy back I add this to my morning coffee and I cannot even taste it I'm normally not one to take any supplements at all but it was time this over tired over worked momma tried something and I'm so glad I did I wish I would've found this when my twins were newborns I am still giving this a full trial but days in and I'm convinced I should get this again

    This has been my first time using Shilajit at all I had heard about it on my search for health and wellness and tossed around the idea of trying it I had read of a lot of the benefits of it and thought it might be something worth looking into Which of course bring me here

    I am not really sure what I had expected but I knew to take any claims that I had read about it with a grain of salt The container was a little hard to open at first but that, to me means it was sealed tight and properly The scent is something I will remember, it is something that you have to get used to The taste is also something that has to be gotten used to That took me a few days but now it doesn't bother me at all I would describe it but it is not anything that I have tasted before to compare it to

    As to the benefits I can say that I feel a little more balanced I tend to have problems sleeping which make me drag during the day and I find that I am resting better when I do actually sleep The nights that I don't I still find that I am able to function throughout the day without feeling foggy Overall I can say that so far the benefits seem to be there
